Senior Customer Service Executive

Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a contact centre / customer service environment
At least 6 months – 1 year experience in a senior agent, SME, or acting TL role (preferred)
Hands-on experience with:
- Inbound/outbound call handling
- Customer escalations and complaints
- CRM systems & call center tools
Exposure to KPIs, SLAs, AHT, FCR, QA scores, shrinkage & adherence
Diploma or professional qualification in Customer Service / Management (preferred, not mandatory)
