One of our prestigious clients in Oman is looking for experienced Supervisors – Welder to join their team immediately.

SALARY: OMR 263

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily welding activities and manage the welding team.
• Allocate tasks and monitor work progress.
• Ensure welding work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and QA/QC teams for inspections.
• Maintain safety compliance and site discipline.
• Report work progress and manpower issues to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in welding supervision.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc) and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret welding and fabrication drawings.
• Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures in welding operations.
