- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in vehicle sales, corporate sales, or business development (automotive experience will be a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort working with systems and reports.
- Willingness to engage in field sales and outdoor promotions as required.
- A proactive, organized professional who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Sales & Financial Performance
- To achieve individual and departmental sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring sustained profitability for the organization.
- Drive achievement of individual and departmental sales and profit targets.
- Support pricing, discount management, and bulk order negotiations to ensure competitive yet profitable deals.
Customer & Business Development
- Build strong relationships with individual, fleet, and corporate customers to expand business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and develop deep customer networks.
- Negotiate with government and corporate bodies on bulk orders and support tender submissions.
Market & Process Execution
- Proactively scan the market, identify potential customers, and lead customer pitches.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to negotiation and finalizing vehicle specifications.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in outdoor sales promotions to showcase Toyota’s model lineup.
- Support forecast analysis of stock levels and identify opportunities to collaborate with banks to dispose of existing stock when required.
- Share knowledge with team members to improve sales effectiveness and discount monitoring.

- Set individual goals, complete performance evaluations, and seek continuous feedback.
- Coordinate with leadership and HR for behavioral and technical training to enhance professional growth.
