We’re looking for a Paid Search Specialist to plan, manage, and optimise high-intent paid search campaigns. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable results across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, working closely with internal teams to deliver strong performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as part of a team of experts for Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Help manage a book of business consisting of assigned clients’ online search marketing campaigns
- Be responsible for maintaining work integrity and accuracy
- Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to meet client online search marketing ROI/CPA objectives
- Understand and manage client media-buying cycles, product/service update schedules, online marketing philosophy and goals, and target demographics
- Produce detailed campaign performance analysis and Excel and PowerPoint presentations
- Create, test, and optimize keywords and messaging to maximize reach, awareness, and new customer acquisition
- Build relevant account structures to ensure relevant ad copy appears on relevant queries
- Daily account pacing and ensure client budget goals are met
Technical Skills & Experience Required
- More 3 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
- Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, LinkedIn Advertising, etc).
- Highly developed interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical thinking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to function equally well independently as well as part of a team, and the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Passion for marketing and the internet
