Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can think strategically, execute independently, and manage clients with confidence. This role sits at the intersection of account management, paid media, content coordination, and reporting. You’ll be responsible for turning briefs into performance-driven digital outcomes.

This is not a junior posting role. We want someone who understands how digital actually works.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Client Management

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client objectives, timelines, and business priorities.
  • Manage approvals, feedback loops, and deliverables with clarity and professionalism.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through structured communication and delivery.

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned to campaign goals.
  • Work with the strategy and creative teams to plan content across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google).
  • Translate briefs into actionable digital plans with clear KPIs.

Paid Media & Performance

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, boosting strategies).
  • Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and performance optimization.
  • Understand funnels, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Make data-backed decisions to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Content & Production Coordination

  • Work closely with designers, videographers, editors, and production teams to source assets.
  • Coordinate shoots, content requirements, and timelines.
  • Ensure final content aligns with strategy, platform best practices, and client expectations.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee posting schedules, platform hygiene, and campaign rollouts.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, timing, and brand representation.
  • Manage community responses where required (with approved brand guidelines).

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare detailed monthly performance reports with insights, not just numbers.
  • Analyze results across reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Present learnings, optimizations, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or agency-side account management.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and boosting strategies.
  • Solid understanding of content strategy and platform behavior.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
