We are looking for a motivated and personable Community Associate to be the welcoming face of our space, ensuring our members and guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Maintain the reception area and common spaces, ensuring they are tidy and welcoming.
• Act as a point of contact between various departments and teams for administrative matters.
• Identify and liaise with external vendors for services and supplies required by Likuid Spaces OGF office.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and facilitate procurement when necessary.
• Coordinate with the relevant team to address any maintenance or operational issues.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Assist with onboarding new members, including tours and orientation.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing members.
• Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service experience at all times.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Essential Skills:
• 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity.
• A Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or facility management.
• Should have an outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills preferably in all 3 languages.
• Keen to pursue a career in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a good sense of customer service, responsibility and integrity.
• Good computer literacy/knowledge in Microsoft Office.
