Your Role
You will be the creative engine behind Atlas Labs and our flagship products, responsible for creating a bold, consistent, and recognizable presence that makes us look and feel like a top-tier global player.
This is a high-autonomy role where you own the entire process—from the first strategic "brainstorm" to the final "upload."
- Strategy & Curation: Research and analyze international market trends (US & Australia) to ensure our content resonates globally. You will identify exactly how to cater to these audiences and act as the curator for our entire digital presence.
- End-to-End Production: You will be a one-person production house. This means planning, designing, filming, and editing content from start to finish. You’ll manage the social media pages and ensure a high frequency of quality uploads.
- On-Camera Presence: You are comfortable in front of the camera and can communicate our brand’s message with confidence and an excellent command of English.
- Platform Management: Own our presence primarily on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram (with potential for TikTok). You will manage the uploads and engage with our community and spark conversations.
- Creative Brand Direction: Act as the "Brand Guardian" for both the company and our specific products. You will pivot between building a bold corporate identity and creating unique, compelling personalities for our products, ensuring every asset—from a pitch deck to a reel—is cohesive, professional, and disruptive.
Your Profile
We are looking for passion, creativity, and confidence.
- The Mindset: You are bold, organized, and capable of working with high autonomy. You don’t need a manual; you see what needs to be done and you do it.
- Global Awareness: You have an eye for international aesthetics and strategies. You know what works in markets like Australia and North America and can replicate that standard locally.
- The Technicals: You are a pro on Canva (knowledge of Adobe/other suites is an advantage). You are an expert at filming and mobile video editing, capable of handling tight deadlines and frequent content cycles.
- Communication: You have an excellent command of English and the ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content.
- Experience: Whether you have a background in personal branding, product branding, or company branding, we want to see your ability to tell a story and build a brand "vibe."
