South Jakarta, South Jakarta City, Jakarta, IndonesiaThe General Administration Manager oversees all General Administration functions and is accountable for ensuring effective operations across office administration, GA-related projects, vendor and asset management, compliance, internal controls, and team leadership. This role also plays a key part in driving continuous improvement and supporting both local and global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Office & Facilities Management Ensure a safe, clean, and productive working environment, including visitor and reception management, access control, stationery and storage management, and coordination with building management or tenant relations.
- Fleet & Transportation Management Manage daily operations of company vehicles supporting stores and expatriate staff, including coordination with third-party providers such as rental companies, taxis, and ride-hailing services, as well as cost control and car-pooling initiatives.
- Expatriate Housing Administration Oversee housing arrangements for expatriates, including budgeting, contract management, and satisfaction monitoring.
- Vendor & Contract Management Manage vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of goods and services, covering relationship management, contracts, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Security Services Oversight Supervise security services at stores and head office, ensuring compliance with required standards.
- Business Travel Management Monitor and control business travel arrangements handled by third parties, ensuring cost effectiveness, SLA compliance, and policy alignment.
- Insurance Administration Manage corporate insurance coverage, including stores, cyber, marine, and Directors & Officers (D&O) insurance.
- Project Management Initiate, execute, and manage GA-related projects using structured PDCA methodologies.
- People Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop GA team members while continuously raising operational and service standards.
- Continuous Improvement Proactively review GA processes and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
- Global Collaboration Actively participate in global projects and maintain strong, proactive communication with Global HQ.
- Additional Duties Perform other General Administration-related tasks as required.

Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 8–10 years in General Administration or General Services
- At least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role (Manager / Senior Manager / AVP)
- Experience working in multinational companies within a matrix organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Business-level proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to adopt administrative and information management systems
