Role Overview:

As a People Operations Administrator, your main focus will be on recruitment, a critical function as we are in an exciting growth phase. You'll be instrumental in attracting and hiring top-notch talent who align with our company values and goals. But your role doesn't stop there; you'll also be involved in enhancing internal processes, employee engagement and facilitating career development. If you're passionate about human resources, organizational culture, and especially skilled in recruitment, this role offers the perfect platform for you to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Own the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening and interviews.
  2. Employee Onboarding: Help new hires integrate into the company culture and understand their roles and responsibilities.
  3. HR Compliance: Ensure that company policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
  5. Learning and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning opportunities for staff.
  6. Performance Management: Support the performance review process, helping to identify areas for improvement and career development.
  7. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the product, marketing, and support teams to achieve results.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources & Administration or similar roles.
  • You have two or more years experience in a professional business environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset, able to work both in a team and independently.
