Requirements
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) within the textile industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Hands-on experience using SAP.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.
Job Purpose
Responsible for executing and managing production planning activities and ATP (Available-to-Promise / Ex-Mill Date) management for synthetic spun yarn across four manufacturing units located in Indonesia and Thailand. The role ensures accurate tracking of deviations and close coordination with Customer Service and Dispatch teams to support on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
ATP & Production Planning Management
- Coordinate and consolidate ATP (Ex-Mill Date) information from multiple manufacturing units.
- Monitor and follow up on new and revised ATPs in line with dynamic production planning changes.
- Track ATP deviations, identify abnormalities, and escalate issues promptly.
- Maintain close coordination with Customer Service and SCM teams to ensure timely information flow.
PP & OIH Meetings (Pre-S&OP)
- Lead OIH (Open Indent / Open Order) reconciliation meetings with each mill to improve current-month planning accuracy.
- Review deviations and implement necessary adjustments for the following month’s production plan.
- Conduct OIH reconciliation with Regional Heads for held and cancelled orders.
- Prepare and issue Production Planning (PP) documents for each unit.
- Reconcile and validate Net OIH data for next-month planning, including SAP orders, held/cancelled orders, stock levels, and running inventory.
SAP Governance & Data Control
- Ensure strict SAP discipline, data integrity, and alignment with production targets.
- Follow up on new Sales Order creation within one day of contract signing and ensure inclusion in planning documents when required.
- Perform weekly closure of old Sales Contracts (SCs) and Sales Orders (SOs), resolving residual quantities.
- Ensure timely closure of dispatched SCs and SOs to maintain accurate system records.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Drive reporting accuracy and continuous process correction by generating and circulating: Daily OIH Reports (Indonesia spinning units & ITS) Weekly ATP Deviation Reports Weekly Missing ATP Reports LC/TT Expiry vs ATP Reports OTIF (On-Time In-Full) Performance Reports
