This role is being advertised through Surge Global’s careers platform as part of our partnership with Niwadu, and the selected candidate will be employed and work directly with Niwadu.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee their implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 3 years of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
