Job Description

• Provide Japanese–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, presentations, training sessions, and site visits.
• Translate various written materials, including emails, reports, technical documents, and internal communications, to and from Japanese.
• Accompany and support Japanese expatriates or visiting stakeholders in day-to-day business activities.
• Act as a communication bridge between Japanese and Indonesian teams across departments.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of company information in all interpretation and translation assignments.
• Assist with administrative or operational tasks related to Japanese language support when required.

Requirements

• Holds Japanese Language Proficiency certification at JLPT N1 or N2 level.
• Demonstrates fluency in spoken Japanese for daily and business communication.
• Prior experience in financial services or banking industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of performing well under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
