The position is based in Jakarta. Our client is a Japanese multifinance company currently seeking an Organization Development & Training Manager to support organizational effectiveness and people capability development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve organizational development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and corporate culture.
- Perform organizational assessments to identify gaps and provide strategic recommendations for performance improvement.
- Develop, oversee, and evaluate employee training and development programs to strengthen skills, competencies, and overall workforce capability.
- Lead and facilitate strategic planning workshops, training sessions, and feedback forums to promote employee engagement and alignment.
- Measure the impact of organizational development programs and adjust strategies based on data-driven evaluation.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to management on organizational development, change management, and people development matters.
- Research, introduce, and apply best practices and emerging trends in organizational development to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development/Behavior, or a related discipline.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development, management consulting, or related roles, preferably within a multifinance or Japanese company environment, with prior experience at Manager or Assistant Manager level.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development frameworks, change management, and human resource management practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
- Proven consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
- Hands-on experience in designing and managing training and development programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Up-to-date understanding of organizational development trends and best practices.
