Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and a passion for building and maintaining customer relationships. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and helping us expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert new leads to drive business growth

• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Excellent presentation and client-handling skills

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an added advantage

• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
