Role Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the sales team, formulating sales strategies, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved. This role focuses on expanding market reach, strengthening customer relationships, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and manage high-value accounts.
  • Monitor sales activities, analyze performance data, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to support sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Oversee the negotiation process and ensure contracts and proposals align with company objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to strategize based on data insights and market conditions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
