Role Overview The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with technical standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project construction activities from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against established timelines.
• Oversee the quality of construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel, ensuring effective communication and task execution.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Control project costs, monitor material usage, and prevent unnecessary expenses.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction standards and SFI guidelines.
• Proficiency in technical drawings, project scheduling, and project documentation.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering tools.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
