Role & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle across departments.
• Source candidates through portals, referrals, and social media.
• Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and onboard new employees.
HR Operations:
• Maintain employee records and HRMS updates.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, PT, and other statutory norms.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
• Support initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Organize employee events, recognition programs, and training sessions.
Performance Management:
• Assist in mid-year and annual appraisal cycles.
• Maintain performance documentation and support development plans.
Policy & Compliance:
• Draft and update HR policies as per regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and ensure internal process compliance.
Skills and Experience:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources and related field with 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience (NBFC/Finance sector preferred)
Additional Information:
• Company location- Central, Mumbai
• This is a 6-days/week, work from office role (Alternate Saturdays will be off)
Required Qualification:
Master in Human Resource (MBA-HR)
