Job Role:
The B2B Sales Project Manager will focus on expanding and managing sales to corporate clients, including property developers, commercial offices, and private enterprises. This role requires a proactive sales professional experienced in end-to-end B2B sales processes, capable of identifying new project opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients and projects.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new project opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, operations) to deliver client-specific solutions.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, and bidding documents aligned with client needs.
- Analyze market trends, track competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet client expectations from planning to delivery.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, project sales, or key account management, within the furniture or interior design industries; Proven record of handling corporate accounts or large-scale business clients; Ability to manage multiple project sales cycles simultaneously.
- Professional Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills; Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Personal Attributes: Professional, confident, and results-oriented; Strong business acumen and project coordination ability; Self-motivated and able to perform independently; Willing to travel for business meetings and project visits.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Language: English (able to communicate with customers on business level).
