Originally starting as a ticketing platform, the company rapidly expanded into event management infrastructure serving small, medium, and large-scale events nationwide. Its technology ecosystem supports various event formats such as concerts, festivals, sports events, workshops, exhibitions, and conferences, offering solutions for ticketing, venue management, crowd control, financial reconciliation, and reporting dashboards. Job Role:
The VP of Human Capital will oversee strategic and operational HR functions, supporting organizational growth, culture, and people development. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive talent acquisition, performance management, HR operations, and organizational development initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term HR strategies aligned with company vision and growth, partnering with C-level stakeholders on organization, culture, and talent matters.
- Build and maintain a culture of innovation, agility, and high performance, leading change management initiatives and enhancing employee engagement and employer branding.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, manage career development, succession planning, and talent pipelines to attract and retain top performers.
- Design and oversee performance management systems (OKR/KPI), manage compensation, benefits, and HR policies in compliance with local regulations.
- Optimize HR operations through HRIS, people analytics, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies while streamlining organizational structures for scalability.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR, Psychology, Business, or Organizational Development preferred.
- Professional HR certifications are a plus (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD).
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Experience in technology, digital platforms, startups, or high-growth environments, with exposure to multinational HR practices, compliance, and organizational challenges.
- Experience managing organizations with 100+ employees.
- Data-driven and analytical approach to HR, including HR Analytics, HRIS, and people data management.
- Hands-on expertise across the HR spectrum: Strategic HR, Organizational Design, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Industrial Relations, and Culture Building.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- High integrity, agile mindset, and passion for people development.
- Professional fluency in English for effective communication and reporting.
