Job Role:

The Finance Accounting Tax Manager leads and oversees the finance, accounting, and taxation functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial governance to support the management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all finance, accounting, and tax activities in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Ensure tax compliance and maintain communication with auditors and tax authorities.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
• Develop, guide, and enhance the performance of the FAT team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Tax certification holders are a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 1 year in managerial roles, preferably within FMCG industries.
• Experience managing e-commerce channels such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of PSAK, tax regulations, and corporate financial management.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic planning capabilities.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Visionary yet hands-on leader with strong business ethics.
• Resilient, adaptable, and committed to achieving ambitious growth targets.

• Professional fluency in English.
