We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – Deployment

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in deploying devices, supporting merchants, and ensuring smooth operations across the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy all received devices efficiently within the monthly timeline.
• Attend and resolve all technical issues promptly in line with SLA requirements.
• Conduct quarterly visits to all merchants to maintain strong relationships and support their operational needs.
• Retrieve dormant devices from merchants weekly and ensure proper documentation before sending them to the head office.
• Handle and resolve device issues related to banks, ensuring smooth operations as per SLA.
• Provide daily updates on deployments and bank issue settlements to the Deployment Coordinator/Assistant Manager – Deployment.
• Complete all assigned tasks in the device breakdown ticketing system within the stipulated timeframe.
• Visit and acquire potential merchants to expand the payable product portfolio.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in field operations, sales, or technical support
• Basic technical knowledge of POS/terminal devices
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Willingness to travel; riding/driving licence required
