Client Overview:

Our client is a beauty distribution and brand management company established in 2019, specializing in bringing premium international skincare and cosmetic brands to the Indonesian market. The company has built a strong presence both online and offline, with operations spanning major e-commerce platforms and distribution through retail chains nationwide.

The company has completed all necessary product registrations to expand further into traditional retail channels. To diversify its portfolio, it also manages a luxury fashion segment, representing high-end international brands known for craftsmanship and modern aesthetics.

Job Role:

The Senior Marketing Supervisor will handle end-to-end marketing for the client’s beauty brands, focusing on digital visibility, brand awareness, and conversion through innovative campaigns, influencer partnerships, and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative 360° marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer campaigns).
  • Manage content marketing, social media, and digital advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing).
  • Coordinate product launches, beauty events, collaborations, and media partnerships.
  • Manage marketing budgets and analyze campaign performance for optimization.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing, with minimum 3 years in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics, particularly in Online and Offline Marketing, Event Planning and Management, as well as KOL Partnerships.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and content trends.
  • Professional Skills: Proven creativity in driving online engagement and sales; Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Business-level English.
