Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate business needs into actionable solutions. You’ll contribute to strategic initiatives, enhance product development, and play a key role in delivering high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to define strategic priorities and feature scopes.
• Analyze and document business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to support product innovation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
• Resolve issues and support defect management with delivery teams.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed development and testing specs.
• Manage business analysis tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee functional testing and lead training/product demos.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Visio, Draw.io, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Postman for integration testing.
• Familiarity with Figma and Canva for prototyping and wireframing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to write user stories, use cases, and detailed software requirement specs.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ACP are a plus.
