About The Role:

As an Intern UI/UX Designer at Type B Digital, you’ll gain hands-on experience in designing modern, user-centered digital products. You’ll work closely with our design team to craft web and mobile interfaces, develop wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to real-world client projects. This internship is designed to help you build a strong foundation in design systems, usability, and visual communication while learning from experienced designers.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual mockups using Figma.
• Support user research, usability testing, and design feedback sessions.
• Help maintain and contribute to our internal design system and component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with developers and senior designers to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring creative ideas to improve the user experience.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and usability fundamentals.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• A portfolio or project samples that demonstrate your design thinking and creativity (academic or personal projects are welcome).
