Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in the generator rental business, targeting industries like construction and civil.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, engineers, and procurement managers.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work closely with operations and technical teams for seamless service delivery, and report sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Able to speak English (Written and Verbal)
• Minimum 3-5 years in sales or business development, preferably within the rental or construction equipment industry, specifically selling generators or related products.
• Experience in the construction and civil sectors is highly preferred.
• Domicile in Jakarta and able to travel as needed
• Have a valid driving license.
