- Uphold and promote a strong safety-first culture in all activities.
- Develop a solid understanding of complex technical products such as pumps, lighting towers, lifting equipment, and gensets, and deliver compelling technical presentations that address customer needs.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their requirements are met through appropriate product and service solutions.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
- Provide clients with pre-sales technical support and product knowledge.
- Assess and interpret customer requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms to secure favorable sales agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and technical experts to address customer challenges and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in technical or engineering sales roles.
- Experience in selling construction equipment (e.g., lifting equipment, gensets) is highly preferred, with strong understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of power generation products.
- Based in Jakarta.
