Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in structure and clarity. Someone who can keep projects organized, manage client expectations, and make sure every task moves smoothly from brief to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients through Slack and maintain clarity on all design requests.
- Gather complete and detailed briefs for every task — ensuring no information gaps.
- Translate client requests into clear task lists for designers with accurate timelines.
- Manage ClickUp / Notion boards for project visibility, priorities, and due dates.
- Track progress across all tasks and ensure deadlines are met consistently.
- Review deliverables for completeness and accuracy before sending to clients.
- Maintain transparent communication between clients, designers, and the Design Lead.
- Handle feedback loops — document revisions, share feedback clearly, and follow up on updates.
- Identify blockers early and escalate to the Design Lead or Operations Manager when needed.
- Keep project documentation and timelines organized and up to date.
Who You Are: You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You love bringing order to creative chaos and have a natural sense for time, flow, and communication. You can speak both “client” and “designer” fluently and ensure both sides stay aligned.
Skills & Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project or account management (design or creative agency preferred).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of design processes and delivery workflows.
- Skilled in ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and Figma for managing creative projects.
- Organized, process-driven, and able to juggle multiple clients with clarity.
- Positive, empathetic, and client-first attitude.
