Job Role:
The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR operations for the client’s French entity, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and alignment with global HR standards under Fosun International. This role acts as both a strategic partner and a hands-on HR leader, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle while fostering a positive and high-performing organizational culture.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of the Code du Travail, experience in CSE (Comité Social et Économique) management, and fluency in Chinese and French, enabling seamless communication with headquarters and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure full compliance with French labor law and collective agreements, managing employment contracts, amendments, and terminations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with staff representatives (CSE), handling elections, documentation, and consultations.
- Advise management on HR policy, employee relations, and disciplinary matters to maintain a positive and compliant workplace.
- Payroll & Administration
- Oversee payroll accuracy, ensuring timely processing and proper coordination with internal finance or external payroll providers.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data accuracy, and all related documentation in accordance with legal and company standards.
- Talent Acquisition & Development
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all roles within the French organization.
- Design and execute training, performance management, and succession planning programs to support continuous employee growth.
- Identify and nurture high-potential talent to strengthen organizational capability.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and annual salary review processes.
- Conduct benchmarking and ensure internal equity in line with market competitiveness and Fosun’s global standards.
- Strategic HR & Organizational Development
- Partner with senior management to implement HR strategies that support business goals and organizational growth.
- Lead change management initiatives, promote engagement, and foster alignment with Djula’s brand values and Fosun Group’s global culture.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a managerial or HRBP role in France.
- Proven track record in recruitment, talent development, and HR operations within retail or luxury sectors.
- Deep expertise in French labor law, compliance, and CSE management.
- Language:
- Full fluency in French and Chinese (written, reading, and spoken).
- Proficiency in English.
