We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Creative Designer with the ability to blend storytelling with design precision, creating content that moves audiences and strengthens the brand’s visual presence.
We’re looking for:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in creative design, content creation, or digital marketing (experience in a multinational or agency environment will be an advantage).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (and/or other equivalent tools).
- A strong creative mindset with an eye for detail, color balance, and brand storytelling.
- Ability to adapt designsto evolving digital, social, and brand trends with innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ownership mindset- capable of managing multiple design requests and delivering within deadlines.
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and automobiles - if you love cars, it’s a definite bonus!
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and edit compelling social media posts, graphics, and videos that align with Toyota’s global brand identity.
- Develop and adapt visual content for both digital and print platforms, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
- Create innovative design concepts and layouts for marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications.
- Incorporate the latest design, digital, and social media trends to produce fresh and engaging visual content.
- Edit short-form videos, motion graphics, and promotional materials that tell compelling brand stories.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communication teams to brainstorm creative concepts, campaign visuals, and brand activations.
- Maintain a structured design library and ensure all creative outputs meet Toyota’s visual standards, tone, and identity guidelines.
