Job Description:

Duties & responsibilities

1. Drive revenue growth by sourcing, structuring, and closing high- value real estate capital markets transactions.

2. Lead monetization and fundraising initiatives with full responsibility for execution and closure

3. Expand client base by securing mandates, maintaining strong developer relationships, and driving recurring opportunities

4. Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle - from client engagement and data collection to negotiation and closure

5. Leverage fundraising and investment banking expertise to consistently meet and exceed fee targets

6. Apply in-depth knowledge of real estate markets and regulatory frameworks to deliver compliant, competitive deals

Key Target:

Sourcing Monetization (Land/ Building) or Funding and End to End Closure.

MBA or CA or both

Good College & Academics

Additional specialization (CS, CFA) is a plus

Eligibility Criteria:

1. 2 to 4 years of professional experience in real estate investment banking.

2. Hands-on exposure to real estate investment banking, with a strong focus on transaction execution and closure.
