The Job
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive student enrolments across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
 - Lead the sales team to achieve enrolment targets through effective territory management, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
 - Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, education agents, and corporate partners to strengthen student recruitment pipelines.
 - Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to align promotional campaigns and ensure a seamless student experience from inquiry to enrolment.
 - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to identify new opportunities for growth in the higher education sector.
 
The Person
- A results-driven professional with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (a postgraduate qualification would be an advantage).
 - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within higher education or a service-oriented industry.
 - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a performance-driven sales team.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders including students, parents, and institutional partners.
 - Analytical and strategic thinker, capable of using data-driven insights to enhance recruitment and sales effectiveness.
