About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who can own and scale performance marketing across multiple digital channels. You’ll blend data analytics, creative strategy, and platform expertise to drive measurable growth in customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to achieve acquisition and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement A/B tests to improve CTRs, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to craft high-performing ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
- Manage and monitor budgets, pacing, and daily performance to ensure efficient spend and scale.
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Lead funnel optimization efforts — from audience targeting to remarketing and retention strategies.
- Work with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Report on campaign performance with key metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rate, CTR, and ROAS.
- Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, paid trends, and new ad technologies.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven success managing six-figure ad budgets across Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads Managers.
- Experience in managing end-to-end campaign lifecycle — from ideation to execution and optimization.
Skills
- Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, SEO/SEM, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong creative sensibility — able to brief or produce ad content that converts.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
