What You’ll Do

• Technical SEO & Site Infrastructure
• Lead comprehensive SEO audits and triage issues (crawlability, canonical tags, redirect chains, indexation).
• Drive SEO during site migrations, redesigns, or framework shifts (URL mapping, redirect strategies).
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, structured data / schema markup, internal linking, and performance metrics.
• Build automation tools / scripts (Python, SQL, or similar) for SEO monitoring, crawl reports, or error detection.
• Oversee housekeeping: dead link cleanups, URL pruning, redirect maps, content pruning.
• Experience with SEMRush, SurferSEO, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GPT-5, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot
• AI-Driven SEO & Innovation
• Lead AI SEO initiatives: prompt engineering for metadata, semantic clustering, content automation.
• Experiment with LLM SEO strategies for AI-powered search (ChatGPT, Google SGE, etc.).
• Create dashboards and data pipelines connecting GA4, Search Console, internal data for organic visibility insights.
• Run SEO experiments (meta changes, landing page variations, structured data tests).

Leadership, Collaboration & Strategy

• Mentor junior marketers or SEO specialists; help formalize growth / SEO processes.
• Serve as the liaison between content, design, product, and engineering to align SEO + performance goals.
• Report on organic and paid growth metrics to leadership, drive insights, and recommend strategic directions.
• Play a key role in building quarterly & yearly SEO strategies for search sustainability.

You’ll Succeed If You Have

• 3–5+ years in technical SEO, growth marketing, or data-driven performance roles.
• Proven experience with site migrations, technical audits, redirect strategy, and large-scale websites.
• Strong skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering, web architecture, and indexation logic.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn campaigns and budget optimization.
• Expertise in GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, data visualization, and attribution modeling.
• Ability to write or maintain automation scripts / pipelines (Python, SQL, etc.).
• Experience with structured data, schema markup, and rich snippets.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with dev, product, and content teams.
• Experience mentoring or leading projects and setting standards.

Bonus Points

• Built or maintained AI-driven SEO workflows or content automation systems.
• Worked with advanced attribution models (multi-touch, algorithmic attribution).
• Experience scaling SEO or growth in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment.
