As a Merchandiser for Nivea and Elastoplast products, you will be responsible for maximizing product visibility and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. You will work closely with the retail team to create effective displays, maintain stock levels, and optimize product placement to drive sales growth for these well-known brands.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure products are clean, well-stocked, and correctly priced in all CPL stores.

· Implement planograms and promotional displays in line with brand guidelines.

· Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to maintain a competitive edge.

· Coordinate with store managers for stock replenishment and report stock issues.

· Support promotional launches and ensure POS materials are effectively placed.

· Submit weekly reports on merchandising activities and sales trends.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Tertiary qualifications in business management or a realated field.
• Proven experience in merchandising, preferably within the health, beauty, or personal care sectors.
• Strong understanding of product placement, shelf management, and sales-driven merchandising strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Nivea and Elastoplast product lines is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or during promotional events.
