We’re looking for:
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in customer service, front office operations, or hospitality, preferably within a multinational or reputed organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage).
- Strong telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for customer service excellence.
- A professional appearance, pleasant personality, and confident demeanor suitable for representing a world-class automotive brand.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, remain organized, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset to ensure a seamless front-office experience for customers and visitors.
- Competency in MS Office applications and comfort with digital and administrative tools for daily operations.
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome all customers, guests, and visitors to the company premises, ensuring every interaction reflects Toyota’s Omotenashi standards of care and respect.
- Manage incoming telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely connection to the appropriate departments.
- Handle front office administrative responsibilities, including documentation, meeting room coordination, courier dispatches, and visitor management.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming Customer Relations area that reflects Toyota’s global brand image.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Customer Relations and Administration teams when required.
