About The Small Business Project (TSBP)

The Small Business Project is an 8-year-old remote marketing team that has worked with over 140 businesses across India and overseas. Over the years, we have grown entirely through referrals and word of mouth, without outbound sales.

Our clientele spans industries such as travel, events, hospitality, lifestyle, personal care, children's products, health care, and technology.

We have executed successful campaigns for Shark Tank-backed brands like Cosmix and Moonshine, along with Vir Das, TEDx Gateway, Kommune, Spotify’s P’odium, and Spoken Fest.

Role and Key Responsibilities

As a Content Lead at TSBP, you will:

  • Build content strategies and direction across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website ecosystems
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for ads, scripts, reels, landing pages, captions, banners, and emailers
  • Create detailed content and creative briefs for design and video teams
  • Review creatives, reels, videos, and other ad assets, and share actionable feedback
  • Work with performance teams to align messaging with audiences, goals, and data insights
  • Research brands, industries, competitors, and audience behaviours to generate strong content ideas
  • Present content recommendations and rationale to internal teams and clients
  • Manage multiple brands, projects, timelines, and communication independently

  • Strong writing skills for clear, persuasive copy
  • Confident project manager – independently tracks deliverables, shares feedback, follows up
  • Coordinates smoothly with teams, clients, and vendors
  • Has an eye for design – creates briefs; reviews creatives, videos, and reels
  • Self-motivated and disciplined in a fully remote setup
  • Stays current on platform updates and social media trends

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in content, copywriting, or social media.

Compensation

3.6 lakh to 6 lakh rupees per year, depending on experience and skill set.
