Role Purpose:
As the Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist, you will plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns for commercial insurance brands. You’ll work with GEO, AI and automation, driving SEO, content and analytics initiatives.We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a strong foundation in SEO and a deep enthusiasm for mastering AI, automation, and digital best practices. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, creative, and driven to win online and eager to learn and implement all aspects of digital marketing for commercial insurance brands.
You will play a key role in developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing performance through data-driven insights, and continuously improving our online presence.
1. Strategic and planning tasks
Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies: Creating comprehensive plans that align with overall business objectives. This includes identifying the target audience, setting clear goals, and selecting the right digital channels. Implement strategies.
Conducting market research: Analysing competitors, industry trends, and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities and shape campaign strategies.
Budget management: overseeing marketing budgets across different campaigns and platforms to ensure a positive and optimum return on investment (ROI). Analyse and make considered submissions to management re budget allocation across channels.
Setting performance indicators: Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the success of marketing campaigns, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
Coordinating with other departments, like sales or product development, to align efforts.
2. Content creation and management
Content marketing: Developing and implementing a content strategy, which includes producing valuable and relevant content like blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics to attract and retain an audience.
Website management: Creating and updating content on the company's website, as well as coordinating with designers and developers to improve user experience.
Copywriting: Crafting compelling and engaging text for everything from social media captions and ad copy to email newsletters and website pages.
Review 200 – 250 web landing pages and rework content and images based on best practices
Help select 20- 40 web landing pages to focus efforts with supporting blogs, visuals and socials
Create and manage content for landing pages, blogs, social media and emails.
Manage social media accounts, including posting, engaging with users and analysing performance.
Run and optimize email marketing campaigns.
Work with designers and developers to manage website content and functionality. Will be able to perform technical /non-design changes to the website.
3. Campaign execution and channel management
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing a company's website and content to rank higher in organic search engine results (SEO) and generative engine optimisation (geo) through keyword research, technical improvements, and link building. Include web master tasks, including overseeing security and data backup protocols. Be up to speed with SEO and AEO best practice in 2025
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising: Setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
Social media marketing: Managing and scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and running ad campaigns on social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. (Creating ads and posts)
Email marketing: Designing and executing email campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads and build long-term customer relationships. This often involves audience segmentation and personalization. Includes outbound list building, segmentation and implementation.
Video creation: video strategy, creative direction, editing, placement and leveraging
Marketing automation: Using software to automate repetitive marketing tasks, such as sending welcome emails to new subscribers or retargeting customers with ads.
Influencer and affiliate marketing: Partnering with influencers and affiliates to promote products or services to new audiences.
Create and optimize sales funnels that convert visitors into customers. Ideally, be familiar with ZOHO or similar CRM.
Create and handle referral marketing programs.
4.Data analysis and optimization
Analytics and reporting: Using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush and others to track key metrics and analyse the performance of campaigns across all digital channels. (Know, research and recommend which tools perform best for each platform)
A/B testing: Running experiments to compare different versions of ads, landing pages, or emails to identify what performs best and improve conversion rates.
Performance optimization: Using data-driven insights to identify what is working and what is not and adjust strategies accordingly. Refine marketing strategies and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
5. Collaboration and communication
Team collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and strategy.
Stakeholder communication: Reporting campaign results and sharing insights with managers, clients, or other relevant stakeholders.
6. Continuous learning
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools and industry trends.
Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Requirements :
- Proven expertise in SEO with demonstrated success in driving online visibility and performance.
- Fast learner with strong interest in GEO marketing best practices and emerging digital trends.
- Passionate about AI and marketing automation, with enthusiasm to master AI prompts and leverage automation tools for marketing efficiency.
