The Role: Sales Executive
This is not a “cold calling” job where you just read a script and log calls.
This is for people who understand people, who know how to listen, build trust fast, and make conversations flow naturally.
You’ll be the first voice potential students hear.
You’ll help them see the opportunity, qualify them, and set them up for a deeper conversation with our advisors.
Basically, you’re the bridge between curiosity and commitment.
Having a tech background or general IT knowledge is a big plus, since our programs and students are from the tech space or willling to get into it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Talking to inbound leads (no random cold spam, these are real people who applied).
- Having genuine conversations, not robotic ones.
- Qualifying leads to see if they’re the right fit.
- Booking calls for our senior advisors (and making sure they actually show up).
- Following up, managing your CRM pipeline, and keeping everything tight and organized.
- Constantly learning, improving your pitch, and tracking your performance.
Who We’re Looking For
- You speak English fluently, your accent and tone make people want to keep listening.
- You’re confident, clear, and emotionally intelligent on calls.
- You love conversations, not scripts.
- You can handle objections without getting flustered.
- You’ve got the discipline to show up, follow up, and close the loop.
- You’re competitive but coachable, you want to win and get better every day.
- You can adapt fast, think on your feet, and own your results.
