About the Role

The Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels. This role focuses on driving measurable results, including leads, conversions, and ROI - through data-driven performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

•Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth

•Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

•Generate detailed performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients

•Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to achieve maximum ROI

•Collaborate with creative teams to ensure visuals and messaging align with campaign objectives

•Stay up to date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in paid media

•A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to continuously improve performance

•Coordinate with the social media and content teams for integrated marketing strategies

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of PPC, display, retargeting, and conversion tracking

• Hands-on experience with:

• Meta Ads Manager

• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

• Google Analytics & Tag Manager

• LinkedIn Campaign Manager (optional but preferred)

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills

• Strong understanding of ad metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.

• Creative mindset with attention to audience behavior and ad performance insights

• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns

Preferred Experience

• Agency background with multi-client campaign management

• Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or app marketing
