Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the License & Permit team and align activities with the company’s strategic and operational goals.
- Ensure all business operations comply with relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Oversee the application, renewal, and maintenance of all licenses and permits.
- Develop and implement SOPs to streamline licensing and permitting processes.
- Conduct due diligence and provide legal advice related to licenses and permits.
- Prepare reports, provide recommendations for process improvement, and support management with legal insights.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of all regulatory obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, or at least 7 years of experience in licensing, permitting, or related legal functions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, documentation management, and business process integration.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
