Sales Manager (Digital Agency)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by building a robust sales pipeline through cold calls, networking, referrals, and a mix of online and in-person engagements.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales plans based on customer insights to strengthen relationships and increase revenue.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver digital marketing solutions tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Prepare and present regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance results to senior management.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, ensure proper contract management, and streamline internal workflow processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in sales within a digital marketing environment, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Language: Conversational proficiency in English.
  • Technical Skills: Solid background in sales with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven capability in leading teams, developing talent, and driving high performance.
  • Personal Traits: Highly results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
