Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the organization’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business and product goals.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI and machine learning models across multiple digital platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to embed AI-driven intelligence into core software solutions.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing AI team focused on innovation, efficiency, and measurable business impact.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance digital product capabilities.
• Oversee data infrastructure, AI pipelines, and MLOps practices to ensure reliable model performance and scalability.
• Establish AI governance standards focusing on ethics, transparency, and compliance.
• Partner with leadership to identify business opportunities where AI can drive growth, automation, and customer value.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the company at AI conferences, industry panels, and networking events to strengthen our presence in the global AI community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline (PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML initiatives in a software or digital solutions company.
• Strong expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with cloud-based AI environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern MLOps practices.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, API integrations, and productized AI solutions.
• Proven track record in delivering production-ready AI applications across domains such as NLP, computer vision, or predictive modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to align AI outcomes with business strategy.
• Ability to inspire, guide, and manage a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
