Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for various business applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
• Conduct research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and models, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency across platforms.
• Analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain AI infrastructure, data pipelines, and automated model training workflows.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance solutions.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, governance standards, and data privacy regulations.
• Document methodologies, models, and processes clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, deep learning, or generative AI applications.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven environments.
