Job Description

• Oversee project management in alignment with company's established methodology
• Continuously learn new technologies and share that knowledge within the team
• Gather and analyze requirements, conduct discussions, build mockups, and design “to-be” solutions along with test scenarios
• Produce regular reports addressing the needs of relevant organizational units
• Assist in turning improvement recommendations (from SII documents) into actionable plans
• Handle incident resolution to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Science, or related field from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with IT project management and business process improvement
• Basic SQL skills and ability to write queries
• Understanding of the IT services market and business domain is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
