About the Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic Student Counsellors to guide and enroll students in AI and Digital Marketing programs by NAS iO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Explain course details and guide students in selecting suitable programs.
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure conversion of leads to enrollments.
• Represent NAS iO at education fairs and promotional events.
• Keep accurate records of inquiries and conversions in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–2 years’ experience in counselling, sales, or customer service (education preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, target-driven, and student-focused.
• Basic understanding of AI or Digital Marketing (training provided).
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
