Job Role:
As the Senior HRBP Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to the owner and leadership team, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with the company’s objectives. This is a strategic and all-around HR role, covering workforce planning, talent management, rewards, employee relations, and organizational development. You will play a critical role in professionalizing HR at Bignet and will be considered for future promotion into a higher strategic position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the owner and leadership team, translating business needs into effective HR strategies.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for key roles, including being in charge of any development programs.
- Manage total rewards, compensation, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and retention.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
- Provide policy guidance and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Oversee employee relations, fostering a collaborative and positive workplace.
- Lead change management and organizational development initiatives to support business growth.
- Deliver data-driven insights through reporting, benchmarking, and HR analytics.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR, talent management, total rewards, and organizational development.
- Previous exposure in telecommunications or information technology companies.
- Language: English (professional business level).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR functions including workforce planning, rewards, performance, and employee relations.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.
- Data-driven with ability to analyze trends and provide insights.
