The Office Administrator - HR will be responsible for supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. This role involves managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and facilitating communication between staff and management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and scheduling interviews
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar HR role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
