Job Role:

As an Account Executive, you will manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and identify opportunities for business expansion. This role requires a hands-on, customer-facing professional who can combine relationship management, market awareness, and strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and service quality.
  • Develop business opportunities within the existing client base to expand services.
  • Explore and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Administration, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer data analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum D3 in any major.
  • Experience: 3–4 years in Consumer Goods or F&B Sales, selling foods services.
  • Technical & Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Professional Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand customer needs and present persuasive solutions.
  • Personal Qualities: Honest, disciplined, responsible, and adaptable to changing market needs.
  • Language Skills: Basic English for communication.
