In Indonesia specifically, they are known for strong presence in cybersecurity product distribution (large portion of product portfolio), partnerships with major vendors, and providing value-add services (training, enablement, channel programs), where local operations are part of the bigger portfolio that crosses US$3 billion in certain markets.

Job Role:

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and operational excellence. This includes building and managing CI/CD pipelines, deploying containerised workloads, ensuring security and compliance standards, and supporting cloud migration projects. The role requires hands-on technical expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code, container orchestration, and monitoring tools, as well as the ability to collaborate with architects, developers, and clients to optimize performance and cost. The engineer will play a critical role in enabling reliable delivery of cloud services for client’s customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
• Implement CI/CD pipelines
• Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of cloud applications and services.
• Manage containerised workloads
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies are in place for critical systems.
• Apply security best practices, including IAM policy management, encryption, and compliance controls.
• Support and execute cloud migration, covering the Assess, Mobilise, and Migrate & Modernise phases.
• Participate in architecture discussions and support the delivery of customer solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery frameworks.
• Support cloud cost optimisation and provide guidance on well-architected designs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related discipline.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years of working experience in DevOps Engineering functions within the IT industry.
  • Experienced in designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
  • Previous experience working for a consultancy.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with GitOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of serverless architecture using API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.
  • Exposure to compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, or PCI-DSS.
• Language Skills: business-level oral and written English.
