Job Role:
The Sales Executive (Mandarin) will be responsible for promoting and selling client’s products, managing customer accounts, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the production team, particularly with international clients in the garment and accessories sector.
This position focuses on B2B client relationships, working directly with global brands, garment factories, and manufacturing partners who rely on the client’s for trims and accessory solutions such as buckles, snaps, buttons, and cord locks. The main customers are brands and manufacturers in industries like garments, outdoor gear, sports equipment, backpacks, strollers, luggage, and footwear.
The person will assist clients with new product development requests, order forecasting, and large-scale production coordination, ensuring accurate specifications, timely deliveries, and consistent service quality, working with garment factories that buy trims in bulk; outdoor/backpack brands that need custom accessories; international buyers/merchandisers who coordinate production with suppliers, and so on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the new business development in specific business segments/projects.
- Manage and assist the sales team to meet team & individual sales targets.
- Forecast sales and purchase.
- Assist customers on new product development.
- Supervise and provide support to the assigned teammates.
- Conduct sales data analysis and provide reports for the management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years sales experience in manufacturing or merchandising industry.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Professional Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership, proactive, self-motivated and responsible.
- Customer-oriented, teamwork spirit and outgoing characters are preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (able to read and write), and Cantonese or Mandarin (able to speak)
