Job Role
The Curriculum Development Executive will be responsible for designing and developing innovative curricula for both corporate or adult training programs and K-12 education in STEM, coding, and robotics. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and systematic thinking to create engaging, project-based learning experiences that foster both practical skills and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development – Corporate Training
- Design training programs covering digital transformation, entrepreneurship, leadership, negotiation, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure industry relevance and practical application.
- Curriculum Development – K-12 Programs
- Create engaging curricula for students in STEM, coding, and robotics.
- Ensure lesson plans and activities meet educational standards while encouraging problem-solving and creativity.
- Instructional Design & Delivery Support
- Develop structured lesson plans, activities, case studies, and assessments for diverse learners.
- Provide training, guidance, and resources to educators and trainers for curriculum delivery.
- Continuous Improvement
- Review and update existing curricula based on education and industry trends.
- Incorporate the latest methodologies and technologies to keep learning experiences innovative.
- Collaboration & Management
- Work with instructional designers, teachers, and trainers to optimize curriculum content and delivery.
- Manage end-to-end curriculum development processes, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of curriculum development and group teaching experience, within Education or EdTech companies.
- Proven track record in developing curricula for both adult/corporate training and K–12 education programs.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong technical background in STEM-related fields such as engineering, computer science, robotics, or coding.
- Skilled in creating learning materials for digital transformation, entrepreneurship, negotiation, sustainability (corporate training), and STEM/coding/robotics (K–12 education).
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest education trends, methodologies, and technologies.
- Professional Skills:
- Highly organized, systematic, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and resourceful, with the ability to design engaging, interactive, and outcome-focused learning experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in multicultural and diverse environments.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
